使用llbot-sdk-core快速开发一个防撤回插件

在项目目录 src/main/java/com/ifuko/llbotsdkcore/framework/plugin中创建一个新的类AntiRecall

实现BasePluginInterface接口的所有方法

找到群消息撤回事件，也就是 GroupRecallNoticeEvent方法
